I have payed for EE course but I couldn’t get in as it said not enrolled or take a course.
What shall I do ??

Upon checking your account, we found out that your payment didn’t go through, and the order was failed. You need to check your credit card first, then try paying again.

But I have checked the transaction it is been done and bank charged me 849CAD.

Yes, it’s just a pre-authorization, it was not debited from your account, but right now, you have purchased it again, and your payment was successful, are you still having any issues?
