A patient came to refill Ramipril 10mg daily. His profile shows he is coming 3 months late for the refill. He says he can not afford to buy the medication and for this reason he is not using the medication. He says his current BP is 160/90. What do you do?

    A. Refer to doctor for further assessment.

    B. Dispense the medication and tell him to see doctor.

    C. Do not dispense and tell him to go to emergency.

    D. Refill and counsel him some tips on compliance.

    E. Recommend a blister pack
