To fix this issue, try to make sure to clear browser extensions edge://extensions/
Also, make sure you are running the latest version of Edge edge://settings/?search=updates

If nothing of the above helped, try switching to Chrome or Firefox.
Also make sure you have Adobe Reader or Xodo.
