I do consider this as medical advice since it’s a recommendation.
That’s bit confusing

I Believe the technician should not express his medical opinion or recommend any therapy of any kind to any patient
Maybe if the patient asked him: is this syrup sugar free? In this case he can answer him
No I do not think R. Ph. T. can recomend any therapeutic
