So the letter has to be sent directly from your licensing body; you can’t use the note you already have. Unfortunately, PEBC does not provide you with a special request for documents, but I believe showing them a screenshot from the PEBC website and how and why they request it should be helpful.

Also, make sure to contact the PEBC before you proceed; they might have a solution for you.

It’s not allowed for the transcript to go anywhere outside the university. It has to be sent directly in it’s original language from the university; or you can send it yourself directly in the same day, and the sender is the university and it’s location.

You can take another copy for yourself, you take it to a certified translator and then send it in your own envelope with your other papers: the certificate, photos, and a copy of your passport.

As far as we know, Good Standing Letter should be sent from the Jordanian Pharmacists Association, as the PEBC website indicates. However, they may also accept it from the Ministry of Health; they will let you know if they require more details.

Regarding the photos, they call them passport photos, as it has the exact requirement as a passport photo, but that doesn’t mean you have to send the same passport photo you have.

Have you tried opening the videos in a laptop?

What device are you using?

At first, let’s analyze the question: R0=1g | T=12h | Ctrough (desired)=15mg/L | Cpeak (desired)=20mg/L | Ctrough=10.57mg/L.

Think outside the formulas because you don’t have time in the exam:

1000mg → 10.57mg/L (focus on units)
? → 15mg/L

? = 1,419mg/L, so the answer is B.

We can’t use a formula here because we need at least Cpeak to calculate Vd and K; remember that exam questions will not ask you to do more than two steps.

1. University transcript, sent from the university directly to PEBC.
2. Good Standing certificate, sent directly for your licensing regulatory body.
3. Document evaluation application.
